Muriel Altunaga

Muriel Altunaga is a workplace strategist, designer, and change consultant with over 20 years of experience helping organisations shape environments that support people, culture, and performance. With a background in architecture, she brings together spatial thinking, business strategy, and user insight to create workplaces that are both effective and engaging.

Muriel has worked across sectors and geographies, including with CBRE, design practices, and client organisations. Her integrated approach combines workplace strategy, design development, and change management into a single, cohesive offer—tailored to each organisation’s goals.
